Julia turns ideas into profitable realities, working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Vogue, Allure, CBS, LVMH, Target and Apple. As a trusted growth leader, she uncovers new opportunities, builds businesses and products from the ground up, and brings them to market. She then drives adoption and revenue — moving people and the bottom line.

At FEVO, she led product and platform growth, launched new social-commerce products, built the company’s first fashion/beauty/retail division and drove maeningful first-year revenue. At Condé Nast, she led digital business and growth initiatives across Vogue, Allure, Teen Vogue and other iconic media brands.

 CTO | Enterprise Technology, AI & Transformation

Jeff is an enterprise technology, product and transformation leader with 20+ years of experience building and modernizing complex platforms across AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, e-commerce and SaaS. He has led global engineering organizations, major transformation programs, M&A technology diligence and integration, and 0→1 product development for Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms and growth-stage businesses.

His career spans Deloitte, West Monroe and multiple senior CTO/VP roles, including scaling engineering organizations, launching new platforms and advising CIOs, CISOs and boards. At Deloitte, he created and commercialized a cloud-security platform used across hundreds of client engagements and led the 100+ engineer team behind it.
