Get your daily dose of exercise. You need at least 30 minutes of mild to moderate exercise every day to keep you fit and healthy. Exercise helps to keep hormones and blood sugar levels balanced, boosts the immunity and circulation, helps to beat stress and allows the body to take in more oxygen. All of this is good for your skin.
